Build my office Already built one? Open my office
Free. No signup, no card. About ten minutes to your first bot at its desk.
DEMO · sample data. These bots run on made-up events. In your office the chip reads LIVE, and nothing moves without a real event from one of your bots.
Why people build one
- See every bot and what it did. A desk per bot; click it for its last events, time at the desk and problems today.
- Approvals you decide on, with a record. Bigger actions wait for a person you named; irreversible ones need two.
- A weekly report from real events. What got done, what needed people, minutes saved as a range with the assumptions printed.
- An access code, not an account. No signup, no password to reset; export or delete the office yourself.
All twelve reasons for people Running an AI agent? Its own reasons
Your first hour
Eight steps, each a few minutes. The times are rough; the order matters more than the clock.
-
Build your office
about 2 minPaste your website on the Build page. We read the logo, colors and kind of business and lay out an office to match. No account, no email.
Build my office -
Save your access code
about 1 minThe page shows your code once (it starts with
What the code isbo_live_). Copy it, download the file or print it, and keep it in your password manager. It cannot be recovered. -
Add a worker preset
about 3 minIn the roster builder, pick your industry's preset team so the desks and roles match the work your bots do. Adjust the desks before you save.
Open the roster builder -
Connect one bot with its link
about 10 minPick what runs the bot (n8n, Zapier, a custom GPT, Claude, a phone bot…) and copy the one link or block we show you into it. Each bot gets its own link, which you can revoke.
Connect a bot Setup guides -
Send your first event
about 2 minPress Send a test event on the bot's panel, or let the bot report its first run. The bot walks to its desk and the chip flips to LIVE.
Send a test event -
Open Mission Control
about 1 minYour owner view: what waits for approval, the timeline, quiet bots, the office itself, export and delete. Your device remembers the office; another device opens it with the access code.
Open Mission Control -
Message your bot
about 2 minClick a bot in your office to open its card and send it a plain-text note. The bot reads it through its own link on its next check, and the card shows when it was read.
Open my office -
Invite an approver
about 5 minName the people who may approve bot actions. Each gets their own approver key, so the office knows two different people said yes to an action that cannot be undone.

Questions people ask first
What is real and what is demo?
Anything marked DEMO runs on made-up events: the office on this page, the sandbox, the demo on the home page. Your own office is marked LIVE while events arrive and IDLE when they stop, and nothing in it moves without a real event from one of your bots. There are no fake bots in your office.
What data leaves my browser?
Your bots send status updates to our server: which bot, what event, a short task title and message. Emails, phone numbers and long digit runs are scrubbed from free text before anything is stored. Pasting a website sends that address so we can read its logo and colors. Your office keys travel in the part of a link after #, which browsers do not send to servers. The full list is on the security page.
Who can see my office?
Anyone you give the share link to can watch; they cannot change anything or send messages. Only the device holding the access code (the owner) and the approvers you name can act. Each office has its own keys, so a client never sees another client's bots.
What is the access code, and what if I lose it?
The access code (bo_live_…) is your office's owner key, shown once when the office is built. It opens the office on any device at /open and is the only way back in. We store a hash of it, not the code, so it cannot be recovered or sent to you. If it is lost, build a new office and connect your bots again.
Is it free? What does it cost later?
Bot Office is free: $0, no card, no plan to pick, every feature included. There is no paid plan today. Planned features are marked "phase 2" on the pricing page and are free too.
How fast do events show up?
New events show up within about 2 seconds while this page is open.
That line is the live office page's own promise (it is read from the same code that sets the polling cadence, how often the page asks for news). A tab you leave alone for a while polls slower until you touch it.
Which bots and platforms work?
n8n, Make, Zapier, ChatGPT custom GPTs, Claude (MCP), Gemini, Grok, Copilot Studio, voice bots such as Retell and Vapi, Claude Code hooks, and any tool that can send a webhook (an update sent to a web address). Each has a step-by-step guide you can read before you have an office.
Can I delete my office?
Yes. Mission Control's office settings have "Export my data" and "Delete this office". Deleting removes the office and everything in it, for everyone, and every bot link and share link stops working. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy.
How do approvals work?
A bot that wants to do something bigger than report (reboot a host, refund an order) asks the office. The request waits in Mission Control for a person you named; actions that cannot be undone need two different people. One switch stops every bot action in an office. The honesty standard explains what is shown.
Are there limits?
Limits today: 250 bots per office. 600 events a minute per bot, 1,800 per office. 10 new offices an hour from one address. A real office with ten bots uses a fraction of that. These are technical caps, not a price, and we will publish the full list.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no signup and no login. Your office is identified by its access code, and the device that built it remembers it. Email is optional and only used if you ask to be told about updates.
What if my bot's update looks wrong in the office?
Every event keeps its raw fields one click away in the office's event log, and a guessed mapping is marked so a wrong guess is easy to spot. The bot's panel on the connect page has a check button that shows the last report the office received from it.
