Bot Office is free
Every feature, for every business and agency, with as many offices as you need. There are no plans to pick, no add-ons and no card to enter. Items tagged phase 2 are planned, not in the product today; they will be free too.
What you get
Hours-saved calculator
The same sums the office uses, with the assumptions shown.
Three things to know
- Nothing is charged. Bot Office takes no card and no payment details, and nothing on this site charges you.
- The limits are technical, not paid. Each office holds up to 250 bots; a bigger team spreads across more offices. Requests are rate-limited to keep the service up for everyone.
- "Phase 2" means not yet. Report emails, email alerts, passkeys, custom domains and embeds are planned. Live today: the office, client logins with team roles (viewer, member, approver, admin; recovery codes instead of email), the DEMO badge, branding from a website, share links, every way to connect a bot, the role library, bot actions with approvals (early access), weekly and monthly reports you print or save as a PDF (not emailed yet), and failure and quiet-bot alerts to Slack, Teams or your own endpoint.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature in the product is free, with no trial period and no card. If that ever changes, you will hear at least 30 days before anything is charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. See section 9 of the terms.
Can an agency use it for its clients?
Yes. Make one office per client, each with its own branding, bots, owner key and share link, at no cost to you or the client.
How is "hours saved" calculated?
Each counted event carries minutes saved: yours if you send it, otherwise a default per event type. Hours are the minutes divided by sixty; value is hours times the hourly cost you enter in the calculator or set for your office's weekly report. The office shows a conservative figure (0.6×) next to the typical one (1×). The weekly and monthly reports say when a number uses a default instead of the bot's own value. A monthly report covers what the office still keeps (35 days of figures) and says where it starts; neither report is emailed yet.
What does a bot cost me to run?
Bot Office charges nothing. Your bots still run on their own platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and others), and those platforms bill you as they always have. Some ways to connect need a paid plan on the platform's side; each guide says so.
